Assessments for Companies
A free assessment designed for you to evaluate your company’s change readiness and culture of change resilience at a relatively high level. You can complete it yourself or ask others to complete the survey and share the results with you.

Assessments for Teams
Most companies are built on teams. Some are permanent, some temporary. They are usually established from a collaboration of diverse skills and personalities and set up for a purpose – to design a product, to build a route to market, to lead, to sell, or to build product. To be the beating heart and dynamic brain of an organization, teams need to be functional and accountable.
Our research suggests that almost all teams fail to be properly accountable for their work, and the majority are dysfunctional. Ask yourself the following: does each team have a clear and universally understood vision for their work? Is the fate of the team shared amongst all team members, not just by the leader? In our experience, even the most basic of tasks, such as delegation of responsibility, is often poorly communicated leaving the delegator and delegee with differing views on what has been ‘agreed’.
