When the leadership team of a business consultancy specializing in the financial services sector realized their over-reliance on their founder and CEO, they set out to consciously design a new company culture with his help. Change Craft facilitated a tailor-made solution of change management for a high-performance culture.

In the first workshop, the organization outlined the core attributes that the leadership team needs to embody. Then, they determined which habits are necessary to amplify, get rid of, or create to achieve the company’s purpose. They also realized that they needed to create and embody the company as a safe space to think, share and plan. “We need to be honest in our intentions and conversations in order to create a safe space.
